Shipping Policy

UK Standard Delivery
All UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation. Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days from dispatch via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service.
- Orders under £50: £3.99 standard delivery
- Orders over £50: FREE standard delivery
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number within 24 hours.
Express Delivery (UK)
Express next-day delivery may be available on selected orders. If available for your order, you'll see this option at checkout. Orders must be placed before 12pm Monday–Thursday to qualify for next-day delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to most countries in Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia. International orders are sent via tracked international courier.
- Europe: £9.99 flat rate, 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: £9.99 flat rate, 7–14 working days
- Australia & Rest of World: £9.99 flat rate, 10–21 working days
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You'll receive your tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch. If you haven't received your tracking email after 3 working days, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@studiogloss.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and either arrange a replacement dispatch or issue a full refund if the parcel is confirmed lost.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs duties, import taxes, and local charges may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs rules before ordering.
