Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship across the UK and internationally. UK standard delivery covers England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland. International shipping is available to most of Europe, USA, Canada, and Australia. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, drop us an email at hello@studiogloss.com.
How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days from dispatch. International orders take 7–14 working days, depending on your location and local customs processing. Please note these are estimates — carrier delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak periods.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders over £50. For orders under £50, a flat delivery fee of £3.99 applies. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of £9.99 per order, regardless of order size.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking email within 24 hours containing your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or contact us.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel orders within 2 hours of placing them, as our fulfilment team processes orders quickly. After that window, your order will already be in the dispatch process. If you've missed the cancellation window, you can return the item for a full refund once it arrives.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We're so sorry if that happens! Please email us at hello@studiogloss.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — no hassle.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging where possible. Some items (such as personalised products and opened fragrance items) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
How do I start a return?
Simply email hello@studiogloss.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll respond within 24 hours with a return authorisation and instructions. Please do not return items without contacting us first as we may not be able to process your refund.

Are your products good quality?
Absolutely. We hand-pick every product from suppliers with a minimum 4.5-star rating and proven fulfilment track records. We regularly review our range and remove anything that doesn't meet our quality bar. If you're ever unhappy with a product's quality, please let us know — we take this seriously.
Do you dropship?
We believe in transparency: yes, we work with a curated network of trusted global suppliers to fulfil orders. This allows us to offer a wide range of high-quality products without holding stock, keeping prices affordable. Every supplier is vetted by our team, and we stand fully behind every product we sell.
